Policy

At Shadex, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn't right on delivery, we're here to make it easy — just reach out within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.

When Can You Return?

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions only:

Damaged on Delivery

If your order arrives physically damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement.

Within 48 Hours

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window cannot be processed.

What We Do Not Cover

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

— Change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer

— Damage caused after delivery

— Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

— Products not in original condition or missing original packaging

How It Works

Fill out the return form below within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue.

We Review

Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and confirms eligibility.

Return Pickup

For approved requests, we arrange return pickup at no cost to you.

Exchange or Refund

Once received and inspected, we dispatch your replacement or process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval. You will be notified via email or phone once the refund is initiated.

Return shipping for eligible claims (damaged or wrong product) is covered entirely by Shadex.
